Family-friendly escape

The apartments are clean and spacious, perfect for two families like ours. The huge balconies offered amazing sunsets over the distant sea, made every evening magical.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but still reasonable for the quality provided.

Location: the hotel was just off Chania nearby, very nice beaches, and the harbour front. Ate at Sunset Taverna, it's at a walking distance from the venue.

The lack of essential kitchen equipment like a bread knife and chopping knife could frustrate those wanting to self-cater!!! The maintenance of the pool felt inconsistent, which detracted from its appeal!!! Consider providing proper outdoor furniture for a more comfortable experience!!!

There are some significant issues here. The kitchen is lacking essential items like a bread knife and chopping knife. The upstairs toilet was out of order for days , inconvenient with limited bathroom access. There was also an unpleasant drain smell in the bathroom, and some found the cleaning minimal, with just bins emptied on certain days. The outdoor furniture was inadequate for the number of guests, and the pool wasn't consistently cleaned, which affected its appeal. Lastly, it's best to have a car since getting to nearby beaches requires a bit of a trek.

The charmingly dated feel of the room combined with fine scenery all around exceeded my expectations. The friendly staff and accommodating atmosphere made it a good getaway.

We loved the 2 swimming pools and the bar right by them! The living room was huge, and the Smart TV was a nice touch. Kitchen had everything we needed. We got fresh towels regularly, but the wifi was kinda slow at times. Wish the pool was cleaned more often, too. It was a chill stay!

The kitchen lacked essential equipment for self-catering, such as a chopping knife and bread board. The upstairs toilet was out of order , inconvenient. The children's pool was excellent, and the staff were helpful throughout. Having a snack bar with decent burgers on-site was a convenience, though the overall dining options were limited.

I had a great stay with my family, enjoying two beautiful swimming pools and a charming atmosphere. One downside was the limited dining options on-site, but the local restaurants were good, making it easy to explore! I'd definitely return!

Additionally, the affordable prices and the great value for money make this hotel an excellent choice for budget-conscious travelers.
